Camping is an outdoor activity which everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. But there are some people who do not want to leave the comforts of their home. These types of people usually prefer to stay in hotels during a trip.
But luckily, nowadays there are plenty of ways through which you can spend some time in the wild without missing the comfort of the home.
Foam floor tiles:
Have you ever observed those colored floor tiles at your kid’s daycare? They make the perfect floor covering for the tents. Not only do they protect you from the hard ground but also provide insulation. Lots of military surplus stores offer these types of camping accessories online.
The reflective blanket that you have in your emergency survival kit is the best way to keep the hot sun off your tent. Spread the blanket over the top of the tent and the reflective surface will help to maintain the inside temperature cool and comfortable.
The air mattress, when flattened, gets spread up like a foam pad. This provides a much larger and comfortable place for sleeping.
The same light which you hang on the Christmas tree can be used to lighten up your tents. These are battery operated and available in a variety of colors, patterns and shapes. Hang one or two holiday lights and you will have enough light in your durable army tents.
Clothesline and carabiners:
Everyone has a mobile phone, water bottle, wrist watch and similar kind of items that they want to keep close at hand. Instead of putting them in your bags put them up at a higher place. String the clothesline. Hook a carabiner to each item and clip it to the clothesline.
